With this patch, you should be able to check out GNU Classpath in Eclipse,
then check out Cacao and have a working build that uses the just-built
classpath from the same workspace.  That is, changes to classpath in
Eclipse will automatically be available without rebuilding Cacao.

This patch adds a new --with-flat-classpath configuration option.
When built in Eclipse, classpath does not install a glibj.zip file,
and this patch updates Cacao to understand that.

This also updates a .cvsignore and adds a BUILT_SOURCES in one place
where I needed it.
